  Offline
The Offline solution is a standalone offering designed for single Call Shop operation. Each call shop will be provided with a complete SmartKiosk set up with the number of Call Booths defined by the operator. As the Account holder, the Operator need to maintain a positive credit balance at all times to operate the service. For this service, the operator will maintain a single customer rate table for the call shop and a static wholesale rate table from SmartTel.
  Online
The Online solution is designed to support a multi-tiered program. The Master Account holder is at the top of the of the business matrix. The Master Account holder can run their own call shop operations as well as resell their wholesale service to support Tier 2 and Tier 3 operators. The Master Account holder is required to maintain a positive credit balance to operate the call shop service. All call shops under the Master Account holder will share the credit balance in the Master Account. The Master Account holders can create their separate rate tables for their own customers and for resellers to benefit from higher margins from marked-up rates. The wholesale rate table from SmartTel can be dynamic and new rates can be updated to the Online SmartKiosk seamlessly.

  Post-paid
The system offers customers the choice between all possible payment methods. The post paid option, which is usually the common one, is when the customer pays the cost of his calls after the end of his call session.
  Pre-paid
The prepaid option is when the customer prepays a set of amount for his/her call session. This also allows the operator to preset the call and monitor usage.
