  A SmartVOICE subscriber needs to purchase a minimum of two (2) SmartVOICE boxes, where one (1) box can be assigned a Singapore Level 3 number eg. 3103 1000 and one foreign number eg. (61) 9220 8888 if the box is in Sydney, Australia and the other box just a Singapore Level 3 number.  

The call from one box to the other is charged at a local call charge and the box in Sydney can receive locall calls from Sydney callers. Calls to outside of the box are charged according to the rates of Smart1542.

The benefit of this solution is that a Singapore SME can now be virtually present in Australia and providing “local support” to their Australian clients.

The SmartVOICE service is offered as a pay-per-use (post-paid) service to facilitate convinience and peace of mind to the subscribers as it is uninterruptable due to insufficient credits.
  Subscription - Pre-paid
The SmartVOICE service can also be offered as a pre-paid monthly subscription service. Depending on the service package chosen, the subscriber is given a certain number of FREE IDD credits for him/her to use in a calendar month (only to certain destinations). Unused portions of the credits are not carried over to the following month. Any excess usage will be billed according to the rates of Smart1542 .

For post-paid SmartVOICE service, the usage is invoiced together with the Smart1542 service. The single invoice provides the subscriber with a simple and effective way to look through their month's long distance telecommunications activities. Valued subscribers can make payments for their monthly invoice or top-up their pre-paid accounts by:

For post paid service subscribers, the box is offered at $125 for one unit or $199 per pair.
  Pre-paid
For pre-paid subscription service subscribers, the box is offered FREE with a 24-month contractual service agreement.
