The post-paid Smart1542 service is billed on a monthly basis with details of each call is captured and presented in a simple and logical manner.		   Pre-paid
The pre-paid Smart1542 service offers the flexibility of managing differing personal or corporate budgets.

An individual subscriber may choose to maintain his/her personal spending to be $100 per month while a corporate client may choose to maintain a $1,000 spending on IDD.

Irregardless of the budget, SmartTel provides the same level of call quality.
